Our child's care was terminated with no written or verbal notice, as well as no communication about concerns that were beyond "a phase that would pass once (our daughter's) vocabulary increased, so that she would be able to communicate better." As a mother who does not do drop off's and pick ups, I phoned our provider for a chat about how Ava's day had been and to express a concern, and on the phone we were told that our daughter's care had been terminated, she was not welcome back tomorrow or any other day, and that we could pick her stuff up tomorrow.
